The Problem: Stress at Work

  • The Research: Studies show that workplace stress is a leading cause of reduced productivity, low morale, and even burnout.

  • Key Insight: Many employees begin to associate their office environment with stress, even when no immediate deadlines or pressures are present. This association negatively impacts their mental well-being and long-term productivity.

Our Story

  • Meet Ethan Hudhud:
As an architectural concept designer with 10 years of experience and a passion for teaching, I’ve had the privilege of designing spaces and mentoring future architects in Vancouver. On the side, I conducted art workshops and therapeutic art sessions in the Vancouver metro area, combining my love for creativity with my interest in mental well-being.

  • My Personal Experience:
I’ve seen firsthand how workplace stress affects both individuals and teams. Colleagues who were once vibrant and creative became unmotivated and disconnected due to the pressures of deadlines. On the other hand, when those pressures eased, they still carried a lingering sense of stress, associating the workplace with negative emotions.

Our Vision

  • The Power of Positive Associations:
This realization inspired me to focus on transforming how people feel about their workplaces. By introducing art workshops that emphasize calmness, serenity, and community, we aim to replace negative associations with positive ones.

  • The Goal:
To help employees associate their office with creativity, connection, and relaxation, ultimately improving morale, collaboration, and productivity.

What We Do

  • Art Workshops for Stress Relief: Guided sessions designed to encourage mindfulness and creativity.

  • Team-Building Through Art: Activities that foster connection and a sense of community among coworkers.

  • Therapeutic Art Programs: Sessions aimed at bringing peace and serenity to the workplace.

Why It Works

  • Science-Backed Benefits: Art reduces stress, improves focus, and promotes emotional well-being.

  • Creative Spaces, Creative Minds: Engaging in creative activities in the workplace helps employees see their office as a space of inspiration, not just obligation.
